Mission:

Established by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd and informed through their philosophy and value system, Chisholm Youth Services strives to provide a home for children to live, grow, heal and feel supported through a process of change within the context of family and community that is respectful of each person’s worth and dignity.

Services Provided:

• Residential care and treatment for children who are in need of services as identified by the Department of Community Services under the Children’s and Family Services Act of Nova Scotia.
• Partner with other community based services in the provision of a range of resources for the children involved with Chisholm Youth Services.
• Provide education and advocacy within the community to address the needs of the children involved with Chisholm Youth Services.
