Focus of Program: Service to children in their own homes is an adaptation of the therapeutic/treatment foster care program which responds to emotionally or behaviorally disturbed children and youth living in their own homes.  It is structured to avoid residential placement and to keep family units together.  The service is essentially a parent training program which may be supplemented by ongoing treatment and support services for both the child and the parents -- similar to those delivered in residential treatment program.
