Focus of Program: Therapeutic/treatment foster care is funded by the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Service as the program meets the requirements of community Residential Rehabilitation Services and the program is also licensed under there regulations.

Community residential rehabilitation services are specifically designed and operated to assist persons with chronic psychiatric disability to live as independently as possible.  These programs are defined, regulated, and operated to implement the principle of least restrictive service alternative.
