Foster-To-Adopt Program

Provides permanent homes for waiting children.

Population: Children placed in foster care who are in permanent court commitment 
Ages: 0-18 years. Traditional and Treatment levels of care.

Services Provided: 

  • Completion of Home Study and Pre-service Training
  • Individual and Family Counseling
  • Community Support Services
  • Treatment Planning
  • Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment (as needed)
  • Linkage with Community Resources
  • Post Adoption Services Available
