Foster-To-Adopt Program
Provides permanent homes for waiting children.
Population: Children placed in foster care who are in permanent court commitment
Ages: 0-18 years. Traditional and Treatment levels of care.
Services Provided:
- Completion of Home Study and Pre-service Training
- Individual and Family Counseling
- Community Support Services
- Treatment Planning
- Psychiatric and Psychological Assessment (as needed)
- Linkage with Community Resources
- Post Adoption Services Available
