Focus of Program: To provide residential crisis intervention aimed at stabilization and discharge planning, for youth between the ages of 11 and 16 years of age from Essex and Kent Counties.  These youth are experiencing immediate psychiatric, psychological and emotional crisis, and their families are usually in severe crisis as well.
