Focus of Program: Rose Pelletier Center is a transitional independent living program
providing housing, food, guidance and support to seven young women ages 16 to 21. The
program’s goal is to assist in achieving and maintaining independent living through
learning life skills vital to any individual taking care of themselves. Residents are
assisted in securing community services to help meet their medical, psychiatric,
educational, vocational, recreational and employment needs. All residents are required to
be in a full time program – school, vocational training or full time employment. The
residents at this program are learning to stand on their own, as they become the career
women of tomorrow.
